Question: How in _the fuck_ is iTunes no 152mb? What do they possibly need that many bytes for?

Lots of stuff in there... Remember, it does all the mobile device stuff too (iOS, probably Apple Watch at this point). Plus audio/video/store/drm/radio/etc.
