Question: Does the "tone" of feedback/requests impact your desire to act on it? Or do you just take whats relevant and discard the "noise"?

    Of course! How couldn't the tone/delivery of feedback affect how the feedback is received? Having said that, clarity and thoughtfulness of the feedback is probably more important than tone, but it all matters.
