Question: No, they don't use it at all, not targeted at them. Don't seem to have any pride in their own work either. For example, you might end up writing a nice XYZ library that they could use to make a tetris game with or something... Or maybe the answer is to figure out a way to get them into the software. I have no idea what it is... I'm just imagining, if I had to get motivated to work on payroll administration software... umm...
