Question: hey- am a little confused on reaper automation signal priorities..could you explain a summed modulation signal flow in some finer detail please? (sorry if this a feature question, but cant think of better mind to ask) thanks.

hmm.. i take its something like.. midi cc in> track mod param> item fx param mod> automation item mod> track control mod> track send mod> track insert fx internal mods> or something like that??

Not really following that. Are you talking about parameter modulation? In general the controls there override other sources, more or less

yes, sorry param mods from any input or internal sources..in reaper there is so many places to automate to and from, guess its not really the same as audio signal flow? .. i always took it that what gets activated 1st,comes 1st etcetc..and the "signals" (modulators) are summed as more are added.. not that it matters so much, just, curious. cheers.
