Question: What do you think about Scrum and are you practicing any particular software development methodology?

Don't know much about it and the methodology I practice is whatever-seems-to-work-over-the-last-25-years or so, which does change I guess. Edit: With additional thought, when you're sick and miserable and uncomfortable and you find the local minimum of discomfort that allows you to sleep. There's some of that in there teoo.
