    I don't believe in new year resolutions. New year is nothing but just a date, a normal date like all other dates. If you want to do some things, why making resolutions instead of actually doing it? 😅

    I tend to agree, though it is a convenient dividing line... so for example I might say "I want to walk+run more miles this year than last"... but that's more of a goal than a resolution.
