Question: LICE provides functions such as WritePNG that are useful but not listed in reaper_plugin_functions.h. Can plugins load these via REAPER when LICE_PROVIDED_BY_APP? (Perhaps as hidden functions, similar to the CoolSB functions?)

REAPER doesn't include PNG writing support, so you'll have to add lice_png_write.cpp (and pnglib) to your project yourself!
