Question:
Do you think, it is now a good time to buy Intel based Apple machine for software development, considering upcoming ARM based machines. Or it's better to wait and see what Apple will bring up to the table?

I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for ARM macs, and when they do arrive I'd probably wait for the second generation... unless you really like being on the bleeding edge.

Yes, i am thinking in the same way ... but on the other hand, i was hoping to work on a new machine for a long time. For example, i still use my trustworthy MBP 2010 :) ARM transition will most likely make my new machine kind of "outdated" at some point, and that is not really "far", i guess - few years ??
