Question:
Not that you would, but if you abandoned Reaper, and shut off all your servers, and no one else picked up development, would registered installs still work as registered? Or would they eventually give the nag forever? Also, same question please regarding installing on a new computer, if we saved the install file and used our serial number.

If you take a reaper installer and an license key file and go install it on a non-internet-connected computer, and set the clock to whatever date you want in the future, it should all work perfectly (or as perfectly as it would otherwise, anyway).
