Question: How many dead or lingering branches does the REAPER repo have? Do you sometimes see one of those old branches and think “hah, this could be doable now!” ?

     128
    some probably should get deleted. here's one I picked purely at random, wip_tcp_right, the latest commit being from schwa in 2023:
    
support lane buttons on the left when tcp is on the right. not worth it!
    sometimes they do get brought back to life, most recently the sample-editing stuff.
