Question: When using hardware-accelerated video encoding, the reported GPU utilization is only 30%, with a large amount of idle performance headroom remaining. Is this behavior intentional?

    Not surprising, there's a lot that has to happen that's not on the GPU too. also not sure if video encoding can be done entirely in parallel anyway.
