Question: Have you ever been to central london in UK? and if so where do you rank it in terms of other cities you been to (the overall central vibe of them not outskirts) and which is the best? thanks!

I have! I liked the east side the most (around hackney and victoria park). I don't really rank cities, but maybe I'd give approve/disapprove based on whether I think it would be a nice place to live... and I'd give it approval.
